Hiroshima Thur 23 Oct_1

Standing infront of the park infront of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum in the background. Even though photography without flash was permitted, the images and artifacts found along with the hstorical breakdown of this massacre or what I call one of the many terrorist attacks committed by the US Government, not only was I immensely overwhelmed with sadness, fear and disgust, but I couldn't bear to carry any photographs of anything here back to the States, for I didn't want to ever return to this continent after having seen the aftermath of what was done to the people living in Hiroshima at the time, whether they were Japanese, Koreans or others. And even though this is not something my ancenstors ever approved or worked on (The Manhattan Project or the decision to drop this bomb), I felt ashamed for having have been a visitor from this part of the world. It is a place all 'American's should be mandated to visit, specially those who support our current war, humanitarian intervention, freedom of whoever, or whatever the government calls their actions in the Middle East.
